1. Overview

Spass to CSV is an Android app that converts Samsung Pass export files into CSV format.

The app is designed to process your data mainly on your device.

2. Data We Handle

When you use the app, it may handle:

  • The file you choose for conversion
  • The password you enter for that file
  • The converted CSV file
  • Basic file details, such as file name, size, and last modified date
  • App preferences, such as language, appearance, and save location

3. Why We Use This Data

We use this data only to provide app features:

  • Read your selected file
  • Perform conversion
  • Save the converted file where you choose
  • Show conversion history in the app
  • Save your app preferences

4. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not require account creation
  • We do not require login
  • We do not sell your data
  • We do not run ads
  • We do not send your files or passwords to our servers as part of normal app use

5. Data Sharing

By default, we do not share your data with third parties.

Data may be shared only when you choose to do so, for example:

  • Sharing a file using Android share options
  • Opening a file with another app
  • Saving a file to a storage service you choose

6. Storage and Deletion

  • Converted files are saved in the location you select
  • Files remain there until you delete them
  • Conversion history and app preferences are stored locally in the app
  • You can remove history entries inside the app
  • If you uninstall the app or clear app data, app-internal data is removed, but files saved outside the app may remain until you delete them manually

7. Security

  • Conversion is processed locally on your device
  • The app includes an optional screen protection setting for sensitive screens

The generated CSV contains plaintext passwords. Import it into your chosen password manager and delete the CSV from storage when it is no longer needed.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not specifically directed to children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we update it, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
